GestureListener

class in Doozy.Engine.Touchy / Inherits from: MonoBehaviour

Description

The GestureListener class implements a microphone-like device, that interprets touch info. When triggered it executes a set of callbacks and sends any defined game events.

Public Variables

  •  public bool DebugMode – Enables relevant debug messages to be printed to the console

  • public bool GlobalListener – If TRUE, it will trigger this listener regardless of the target GameObject

  • public bool OverrideTarget – Allows you to set another target GameObject reference (in the Inspector), other than the GameObject this component is attached to

  • public GameObject TargetGameObject – Only gestures performed on the target game object will trigger this listener

  • public GestureType GestureType – The gesture type that this listener will react to

  • public Swipe SwipeDirection – The swipe direction that this listener will react to. This works only if the Gesture Type is set to GestureType.Swipe

  • public TouchInfoEvent OnGestureEvent – Callback executed when this listener is triggered

  • public Action<TouchInfo> OnGestureAction – Action executed when this listener is triggered

  • public List<string> GameEvents – Game events sent when this listener is triggered
