Enterprise Services
Sometimes, issues and support needs can be closely related to sensitive information about products, making it challenging or even impossible to take them up in public or semi-public venues like a Discord server or enterprise support channels that are shared between many customers. For these cases, you may purchase a private channel for your support needs on our support Discord server, visible only to your team and the Doozy support staff.
All enterprise customers are first in line for general support with access to the #enterprise-support Discord channel. This, however, only encompasses the normal scope of product support. Enterprise support tickets let you dictate our internal work priorities; when you create an enterprise ticket, we will push a specific item such as a bugfix or feature addition you require to the front of our task list, communicate closely with you to ensure that the fix or feature meets your requirements, and deliver it to you in as timely a manner as possible.
Note that the scope of enterprise support tickets, while broad, is not unlimited, and should generally be kept within the scope of what can be accomplished within ten hours or two full days of work.
We reserve the right to reject created tickets that we deem to exceed a reasonable scope, in which case your spent ticket allocation will be returned.
